TUMBLE CLASSES
Classes begin September 2, 2025 and continue until June with the Spring Recital.

Beginner Basic Tumbling
(4yrs & Up)
Mon 5:30 - 6:15pm
Tues 10:45-11:30am

Our Beginner Tumbling class is perfect for absolute beginners or athletes who want to build a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced skills. Whether you're interested in tumbling for cheerleading, dance, or just for fun, you'll find a welcoming environment and experienced instructors to guide you every step of the way.

What You'll Learn:
  • Basic body positioning for tumbling
  • Core strength and flexibility exercises
  • Introduction to forward and backward rolls
  • Basic handstands and cartwheels

​The Beginner Advanced Tumbling class is ideal for athletes who already have a strong foundation in basic tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and back bends, and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Whether you are training for cheerleading, dance, or personal development, this class will help you build confidence and precision in more advanced tumbling techniques.

What You'll Learn:
  • Proper technique for backbend kick overs
  • ​Advanced cartwheels and round-offs
  • Introduction to front and back walk overs
  • ​Improved body control, flexibility, and awareness

The Intermediate Tumbling class is ideal for athletes who are comfortable with basic tumbling skills like cartwheels, handstands, and back handsprings, and are ready to challenge themselves with more advanced techniques. Whether you're preparing for dance, cheerleading, or just looking to improve your tumbling skills, this class is perfect for anyone looking to level up their tumbling game.

What You'll Learn:
  • Proper technique for back handsprings, front handsprings, and handspring step-outs
  • ​Connecting multiple skills into a smooth tumbling pass (e.g., round-off to back handspring)
  • Proper technique for side and front aerials
  • Increased air awareness and control during flips
  • Strengthening drills to improve power, speed, and endurance
  • Flexibility training to support advanced tumbling technique
  • Advanced spotting techniques and safety

​The Advanced Tumbling class is athletes who have already mastered the basics and intermediate tumbling skills (back handsprings, round-offs, aerial, etc.) and are looking to push their tumbling to the highest level. Whether you're training for competitive dance, cheerleading, or just want to be the best, this class will challenge you to perfect your skills and build even more strength, power, and air awareness.

What You'll Learn:
  • Advanced side and front aerials
  • ​Back tucks, layouts, and layout step outs
  • Connecting multiple advanced tumbling skills into seamless passes
  • High-level drills to improve speed, power, and height in flip
  • Precision in landing and maintaining form throughout sequences
  • Techniques for mastering multiple flips in a single run

​The Advanced Pro Tumbling class is for elite athletes who are already highly skilled in advanced tumbling techniques and are looking to push their abilities to the professional or elite level. It's perfect for competitive dance, cheerleaders, or athletes training for professional or collegiate teams. If you're looking to perform complex tumbling sequences with impeccable precision, this is the class for you.

*MUST HAVE- Roundoff, back handspring, back handspring, back tuck, back handspring, back tuck.*


​What You'll Learn:
  • High-level tumbling passes
  • ​Refining the technique of all advanced skills, including layouts, tucks, and twisting variations
  • Combining multiple advanced tumbling skills into fluid, seamless passes
  • Mastering air awareness, control, and landings under extreme conditions
  • ​Performance preparation, focusing on consistency and executing under pressure
