The Parent and Me Dance class is a fun, interactive
way for parents (or guardians) to bond with their little ones while introducing them to the world of dance! This class is designed for toddlers and preschool-aged children, where they can explore basic dance movements through imaginative play and music, all while being guided by their parents or guardians. It’s a great opportunity for children to develop motor skills, rhythm, and social interaction in a positive, supportive environment.


What You'll Learn:
  • Basic dance steps such as hopping, spinning, and simple balance exercises
  • Introduction to rhythm, coordination, and body awareness
  • ​Fun, creative movements through games and play
  • Expression through dance, fostering creativity and imagination

Hip Hop Tumble

Our Hip Hop/Tumble class teaches rhythm, coordination, musicality and choreography. Students are challenged to think on their feet while enjoying an energetic and fast-paced dance and tumble class. Our Hip Hop dancers develop focus, strength, and agility while having fun. No tumbling experience is required to participate in this class.

The Beginner Leaps and Turns class is designed for dancers who are ready to build their foundational skills in jumps and turns. This class focuses on developing the core strength, technique, and flexibility needed to execute clean, controlled, and powerful leaps and turns. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your basic skills, this class will guide you through the essential elements of performing impressive jumps and spins with confidence.

  • Basic jumps, such as the chasse, split leaps, and sautés
  • Introductory turns, including single pirouettes and basic turning techniques
  • Proper technique for taking off and landing jumps safely
  • ​Body alignment and posture for clean, controlled movements

  • ​How to increase balance and control while turning

Advanced Leaps/Turns

The Advanced Leaps and Turns class is for experienced dancers who are already proficient in executing basic and intermediate jumps and turns and are ready to master highly advanced techniques. This class focuses on refining and perfecting complex leaps, multiple-turn combinations, and dynamic, high-level jumps, all while emphasizing fluidity, power, and precision. Athletes will work on increasing their strength, flexibility, and control to achieve the highest standard of performance quality in their leaps and turns, as well as learn how to incorporate these movements seamlessly into routines.

What You'll Learn:
  • Advanced jumps, including the grand jeté, tour jeté, and saut de chat
  • Complex turns like triple pirouettes, fouetté turns, and attitude turns
  • ​Multiple-turn combinations (e.g., fouetté turns to pirouettes, turns in second)
  • Mastering height, extension, and precision in jumps with flawless landings
  • ​Fluid transitions between turns and leaps within choreography
  • Increased control and balance in turns, such as traveling turns or turning leaps​
  • Techniques to enhance overall performance quality, including emotional expression and musicality
  • Working on higher-level flexibility and core strength to support advanced movements

This class focuses on learning foundational pom movements, proper technique, and simple choreography. Athletes will develop coordination, rhythm, and teamwork while building confidence in their dancing abilities. Whether you're preparing for cheerleading, a dance team, or just looking for a fun way to get moving, this class is the perfect place to start!

This class also emphasizes building strength, flexibility, and stamina to keep up with faster-paced routines and more intricate choreography.

The class is designed for our male dancers and is fast paced and high energy. The class will focus on the Hip Hop genre of dance while also incorporating a tumbling curriculum geared specifically for boys. Cartwheels, roundoffs, headstands, handstands, kip up, headsprings, variety of rolls, and more.

​The Pre-Dance class is the perfect introduction to dance for young children, typically ages 3-5, who are ready to explore movement in a fun and structured environment. This class focuses on building a strong foundation in dance while helping little ones develop basic coordination, balance, and rhythm. Through playful exercises, songs, and creative movement activities, children will learn the basics of ballet, jazz, and other dance styles, all while enhancing their physical and social development.

Jazz and Hip-Hop dance introduces a stylistic dance vocabulary for a fun, expressive way of dancing. Basic jazz and Lyrical dance technique will be introduced in this class. This class is a wonderful prep class if your child is interested in the competition team. A dancer will learn the proper technique for extensions, turns, and leaps.

The Intermediate Leaps and Turns class is designed for dancers who have a solid foundation in basic jumps and turns and are ready to refine their technique and learn more advanced skills. This class focuses on enhancing jump height, power, and control, while introducing more complex leaps and multiple-turn combinations. Dancers will work on increasing their flexibility, balance, and overall performance quality, with the goal of executing turns and leaps with precision, fluidity, and confidence.

What You'll Learn:
  • Intermediate jumps such as the leap in second, tilts, and firebird leaps
  • Advanced pirouettes, including double pirouettes and fouetté turns
  • Connecting multiple turns (e.g., pirouettes to chainé turns, turns in sequence)

  • Core strength and control exercises for better balance and stability during turn
  • ​Mastering body alignment, posture, and precision for clean landings and smooth transitions

Focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolation of the body, improving performance quality and developing rhythms and patterns. Dancers will learn combos/dances in jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. Great class as a prerequisite for the competition team.​ This class is a great alternative for students who want a more advanced/technical class without the commitment of our competitive team.
